TIRE GRANULE MACHINES

TIRE RECYCLING LINES
Life cycle completed tire recycling is the process of dividing lifetime completed vehicle tires into their components and converting them into reusable raw materials.

Vehicle tires are a huge threat to the environment when they are thrown into the forest after they have finished their life cycles. The burning of these tires causes extremely harmful gases to be released.

Therefore, the recycling of these finished tires (ÖTL) has a great importance in terms of environmental protection, as well as the recovery of valuable raw materials.

4 KT MACHINE sets up complete turn-key recycling facilities for the recovery of finished vehicle tires.

With the tire recycling line that we have developed with support of EXPERTS, the finished tires are turning into valuable raw materials, not being a big threat to nature and environment.

All of the rubber, steel and cord beads in the vehicle tires are recycled %100 by being processed in the crushing and separating stages in our produced lines.

The raw material of rubber, which is obtained in the highest amount in lifetime completed tire recycling, comes out of our line in the form of granules of the desired grain size.

This raw material of tire is used extensively in areas such as sporting places like tartan tracks, soft grounds of walking areas, coating of floors of children's playgrounds.

As a result of tire recycling process:

- Rubber Granule

- Steel Wire

- Cord Bead

comes out.
You can feed the tires directly to the 4KT MACHINE tire recycling line. There is no need to wire or cut them.

The tires placed on the loading conveyor are passed through a shredder, metal separators, crushing machines, a cord stripping unit, a vibrating screen, and the desired grain sized rubber granules reach the silole.
In tire recycling plants, there is no need for elements except of loading and general control elements.
The dimensions of the granules exiting the tire recycling line are adjusted at the crusher's edge and only the granules of desired grain size can reach the silole.
Wire pull and metal separator magnets allow you to separate all of the wire inside the tire
Shredder and breaker blades are made of special steel
Use areas of rubber granules: Places such as football field carpets, tartan tracks, floorings, rubber industry, rubber tiles and children's playgrounds
